This 18,000+ square foot renovation at 1025 Lenox Concourse required detailed planning, coordination, and execution across every phase. From trenching into existing concrete to install new plumbing and power, to building out a fully operational medical office and fitness facility, every step demanded precision.

The project scope includes comprehensive renovations to flooring, masonry, painting, electrical systems, and HVAC infrastructure. This significant undertaking is located at a historic site in Atlanta. We recently highlighted the building on social media due to its role as one of the region’s earliest telecommunications hubs, serving both Atlanta and the broader Southeast.
